Maple Gingerbread

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 2-1/3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons melted margarine

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Blend syrup with sour cream and egg.
  2. Stir in all dry ingredients.
  3. Add margarine and beat thoroughly.
  4. Pour into greased 8×12 baking pan.
  5. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
